Britax (pronounced BRY-tax) is a United Kingdom based company that started making car seats in the 1970’s. They’re the best-selling brand in Europe and have built a great reputation in USA since becoming available on the US market in 1996.
Britax only makes car seats and strollers (and accessories to go with them). Britax has one of the largest lines of car seats out of any brand, to cover a wider price range and set of features.
In my opinion, Britax is a brand which you can’t go wrong with. All of their products are well thought out, easy to use, and known to be very safe.
Britax offers several models of convertible car seats, with the higher-end models offering some additional safety features. The Boulevard is one of the best-selling seats available and has earned a lot of praise.
